What do I need to prepare?
Before your session, I’ll send you a prework form to share your details about your goals, current tools, and any logins or resources that I need. I’m available to help you with your paperwork so we can get everything completed in time for our big day!
What if I already have a team member who can do this?
Great! Team members are excellent! Bring them along to our initial call so they can be in on the transformation. Their plate is likely full of several tasks as is. My job will be to come in and make it lighter and easier for your team to maintain the system. I always want to make sure I’m working with your whole squad to uplift everyone and make all our lives easier.
